  • Samsung’s Galaxy Buds are down to just $49 at Walmart, a new all-time low.
  • Although we wouldn’t recommend them at their usual price of $129.99, they pack a lot of functionality at their newly low price.

Samsung’s Galaxy Buds are available for just $49 at Walmart, making them a tempting purchase for Android device owners on a budget looking for a solid pair of true wireless earbuds.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds were introduced in 2019 as an answer to Apple’s AirPods, and were priced at $129.99 at launch. We wouldn’t recommend them at their regular price, especially now that Samsung has launched new models including the far superior Galaxy Buds Pro

But despite their drawbacks, such as their lack of bass, they pack a lot of functionality for their newly low price. They pair quickly with your Android phone, have an Ambient Aware mode for letting in the sound around you, and include microphones for taking phone calls.

They even have features that Apple’s $159 standard AirPods lack, such as wireless charging by default and sweat resistance. Since some of the Galaxy Buds‘ features, like Automatic Sync and Ambient Aware mode, are only compatible with Android devices, we wouldn’t recommend these earbuds for iPhone users.

This deal is limited to the white color option, and it’s unclear how long the Galaxy Buds will be available at this price.
