Customers of Texas A&M Transportation Services are invited to participate in the agency’s annual survey.
That includes those who ride A&M buses, use parking lots, and/or take advantage of alternative transportation services that include rental bicycles and vehicles.
Communications director Melissa Melissa Maraj says in addition to finding out about employee performance, survey results are used to consider new services.
Maraj says the online survey is available through Monday, March 18.
In addition to survey questions, customers are also invited to forward suggestions about the agency.
