Kangana Ranaut: Twitter suspends Kangana Ranaut’s account for rule violation

Social media platform Twitter has suspended the account of Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut for violating its rules on Tuesday.

While the reason for the suspension is not known yet, she had made comments on Tuesday on the alleged violence in West Bengal after Mamata Banerjee-led All India Trinamool Congress won the assembly election earlier this week.

In the tweet, the actor was urging Prime Minister Narendra Modi to show his “Virat Roop” from “early 2000s” to “tame” Mamata Banerjee in Bengal.

This is not the first time Twitter has suspended Ranaut’s account. In January, Ranaut’s account was
put under ‘read-only’ mode by the US-based tech company for two tweets that allegedly incited violence.
