This laptop has a full HD display and a strong focus on security and privacy – it has a fingerprint sensor and a webcam kill switch, which turns your camera off completely. It also includes fast charge, so the battery life will recharge to full in just over two hours.

GHI Expert Verdict

If you need a laptop that’s reliable, fast and can cope with everything from word processing to photo editing, the HP Envy 13 is a great choice.

It looks stylish, has a bright and clear screen (ideal for watching films and TV) and a respectable battery life, lasting up to five hours in our tests. We also appreciated its host of security features, which made it great for both work and personal use. However, we wouldn’t recommend it if you want to do a lot of gaming.
