Coronavirus Goes Underground – WSJ


Today’s lesson in how bad governance makes a difficult coronavirus situation worse comes courtesy of London Mayor Sadiq Khan. No sooner had Londoners widely started to heed government advice to avoid unnecessary travel than Mr. Khan stepped in to make sure those who do venture out still must cram next to each other like sardines.
