LONDON, 26 May 2026 — Bureau, the soundproof workspace company whose clients include NASA, Amazon and PwC, announces the official opening of its first on ground London showroom in Clerkenwell, in London’s renowned design hub as well as the launch of their new Signature Series 2.0 range.
The launch of the Clerkenwell showroom represents a critical step in Bureau’s global growth strategy, following the brand’s successful entry and expansion into the Australian and North American markets. This move solidifies Bureau’s footprint in the UK as the company seeks to expand its product line, drive innovation, and bolster inventory through an upcoming capital injection.
Bureau is prioritising innovation with the development of its most advanced soundproof booths to date. The new Signature Series 2.0 retains five core booth sizes but introduces eleven interior configurations, giving businesses far greater flexibility in how pods are used across an office. Customers now choose not just the size of the booth, but the layout inside it, from a simple standing setup for quick calls to fully furnished workspaces designed for longer meetings, focused work or collaboration.

Bureau’s co-founder and CEO, Tyson Gundersen commented: “As one of the world’s leading global hubs, London serves as the ideal location for our new London showroom and the debut of the Signature Series 2.0. This launch represents a significant milestone in Bureau’s European expansion, providing a vital gateway to the region. It reflects our innovative spirit and agile capabilities, signaling the start of an ambitious new chapter for our business. With today’s announcement, we reaffirm our dedication to pushing industry boundaries and delivering the most advanced soundproof booth to our clients.”

Addressing the shortcomings of traditional open-plan offices, Bureau provides “elastic spaces” via its user-friendly booths designed to enhance privacy and concentrated productivity. These units offer staff and freelancers a versatile environment free from common workplace disruptions. For businesses, the booths represent a seamless solution, as they can be installed without the need for building permits or structural construction. As firms in London face increasing demands to return to physical offices, Bureau delivers a practical balance between collaborative interaction and the need for individual focus.
Bureau was founded by two teams on opposite sides of the world – Australia in 2019, Canada in 2021, both discovered they were solving the same problem and merged in 2024. Now a global team with offices in Vancouver, Sydney, and New York, Bureau has achieved significant momentum, with revenue forecast to double to approximately £33 million by the end of 2026. Bureau also recently announced a c. £74 million contract in April 2026 with WeWork, making Bureau the manufacturing supplier for WeWork Go, bringing its pods to airports, convention centers, and other public spaces on WeWork’s bookable platform.

About Bureau
Bureau was founded by two teams on opposite sides of the world (Australia in 2019, Canada in 2021) who discovered they were solving the same problem and merged in 2024. Now a global team operating across six regions, Bureau makes soundproof office booths that help businesses create workspaces that actually work. Bureau is a leader in Elastic Spaces: workspaces designed to flex and adapt as businesses grow, replacing the slow, costly fit-outs that can’t keep up with how teams actually work. Trusted by more than 2,500 installations across key regions and by organisations including Google, Amazon, Lego, the NHS, Deloitte, and NASA, Bureau’s integrated approach uniquely spans product design, installation services, and real-time data tracking to help businesses create spaces optimised for productivity, collaboration, and growth. In March 2026, Bureau became the world’s first soundproof booth manufacturer to receive the ‘Works with WELL’ trademark licence from the International WELL Building Institute. Signature Series 2.0 Details
With the new range, acoustic performance will be 30dB noise reduction. A newly engineered dual-fan ventilation system replaces the previous single high-output unit with four lower-power fans, creating balanced airflow that keeps the space genuinely fresh. The system runs more quietly, maintains ventilation even if one fan fails, and automatically refreshes air when booths are unoccupied, ensuring every user walks into a comfortable environment.
The lighting has also been redesigned. Adjustable colour temperature ranges from 3000K to 6000K, warm for calls, cool for focus, activating automatically on occupancy and switching off when the booth empties.
Practical upgrades include soft self-closing hinges, integrated power blocks, pre-wired interiors and fabric-wrapped acoustic panels, all designed to improve everyday usability while making installation faster and simpler. The redesigned booth also features a stepped door profile with dual compression seals, extending the acoustic path and creating two airtight barriers that redirect sound before it escapes.
