What is a car battery maintainer?
When considering purchasing a battery maintainer, it’s important to remember that it’s not the same thing as a battery charger — although there are many models that do both. A charger is designed to give a charge to a battery, filling it up from a depleted state (and, depending on the charger, maybe even bringing it back from the dead).
