Want a thin and light laptop that’s great for web browsing, word processing and some basic photo editing? The latest version of the Apple Macbook Air fits the bill. Not only does it have the same great battery life of nearly nine hours when watching videos, and a sleek and stylish design, it now boasts a better screen. The display now comes with True Tone technology that automatically adjusts the white balance of the screen to match the light of your environment, making it easier to see. But despite a price drop it’s still over £1,000, so it’s not for those on a limited budget.

GHI Expert Verdict

The perfect combination of portability and style. This is a great laptop that copes well with web browsing, word processing and basic photo editing. The True Tone technology and price drop is an added bonus, but it’s still not for those on a limited budget.
