Apple 13-inch Macbook Pro with Magic Keyboard and Rack-Mounted Mac Pro Gets EEC Certification, Launch Imminent?

Apple’s unreleased Macbook models have just appeared the EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission), hinting at an imminent launch. The Mac with model number A2289 is listed on the website running macOS 10.15, which is macOS Catalina. The other model that appeared in the database is the A2304 which is speculated to be the Mac Pro. These new Mac models in the EEC database suggest that the official launch date is closer than we think. Let us take a look at what these new model numbers are and what does the listing suggest:

The A2280 is listed as a portable personal computer running macOS 10.15. The upcoming Apple Macbook Pro that is in leaks is the 13-inch Macbook Pro with a redesigned Magic keyboard. The other model A2305 is listed as a personal computer running the same macOS 10.15. The model belongs to the new rack-mounted Apple Mac Pro personal computer, which is listed on the official website as ‘Coming Soon’. As per the official listing, the Mac Pro personal computer will have a price tag of $6,499. The configuration of the Mac Pro is not known currently.

Alongside these two filings, we have also spotted two previously launched Apple TV devices in the EEC listing. The models A1842 (Apple TV 4K) and A1625 (Apple TV HD Previously Apple TV – 4th Generation) runs on tvOS 13 as per the listing.

The new Apple Rack-Mounted Mac Pro and Macbook Pro are expected to get launched by Q1 2020 in select markets including the US and a few European countries.
