Alibaba opens up to American sellers



Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group will now allow small businesses in the United States to sell on Alibaba.com, in an effort to tap into the $23.9 trillion business-to-business e-commerce market and fend off fierce competition from rivals like Amazon.com.
