Load a Single Site – Temporarily

You can change to the mobile mode of the site during the surfing temporarily. To view a mobile view, tap on AA on the left corner of the address bar.

From the drop-down menu, tap on the “Request Mobile Website,” and it will show the mobile mode.

It gives a temporary mobile view of the current tab website. If you want to see a mobile mode view for another tab, then repeat the same process. You can surf all pages of a website in mobile mode after the change.

To reverse the changes, you can tap on the AA button on the left side of the address bar. From the drop-down window, choose the “Show Desktop Site” option.

Load a Single Site – Permanently

You can also set one particular site open in mobile mode permanently. You have to tap on the AA button on the left corner of the address bar and tap on the “Website Settings” option from the drop-down menu.

In the website settings window, turn off the switch next to the option “Request Desktop Site” and tap on “Done.”

To reverse the changes, you can turn on the switch next to “Request Desktop Site” option from the website settings window. For temporary changes, you can tap on the AA button on the left corner of the address bar and tap on the “Request Desktop Site.”

Load all Sites in Mobile Mode

We know it is awkward to make changes from desktop to mobile mode.

You can browse any site in the mobile mode now, making a few adjustments in settings. Go to “Settings” on your iPad and tap on the “Safari” tab from the left side option.

On the right side, you will see the list of options. Select the “Request Desktop Site” option and turn off the switch next to the “All Websites” option from the Request Desktop Site window.

If you have turned off the “Request Desktop Website” already, then the Request Desktop Site window will appear differently. It will show you the list of websites with the switch turned off next to the website. 

You can make an end number of changes for websites as per your requirement. To reverse the settings, you can turn on the switch next to all website options from the Request Desktop Website window.
